About this role:
1. Maintain records of goods ordered and received
2. Locate vendors of materials supplies, and interview them in order to determine product availability and terms of sales
3. Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for suppliers and equipment
4. Control purchasing department budgets
5. Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy
6. Analyze market and delivery systems in order to assess present and future material availability
7. Develop and implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures
8. Participate in the development of specifications for equipment, products or substitute materials
9. Represent companies in negotiation contracts and formulating, prices, policies with suppliers
10. Direct and coordinate activities of personnel engaged in buying, selling, and distributing materials, equipment, machinery, and suppliers
11. Prepare reports regarding market conditions and merchandise costs
12. Administer on-line purchasing systems
13. Arrange for disposal of surplus materials
14. Inventory material control provided that store man/ warehouse staff/factory staff handles the incoming/ stacking/ outgoing of materials
15. Arrange logistics, arrange customs and track orders.
About you:
1. Have a work experience in procurement / purchasing.
2. Have high levels of attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and autonomy.
3. Have strong interpersonal leadership skills to influence, develop, and grow relationships with colleagues and team members.
4. Possess well developed oral & written communication skills.
5. Have competent computer skills (eg.) MS Office.
Sales Assistant
We are looking for a reliable sales assistant who will report directly to the general manager of the sales department. The main responsibilities include customer service, daily administrative assistance and so on.
